Privacy

Short version: no accounts, nothing you type leaves your device, and your settings stay on your own device.

What we collect

Prakash Collective has no accounts and no sign up. Apart from ideas you choose to send us (see below), we don't collect your name, your email or anything you type. Text you type into the typing sounds page stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page.

Ideas you send us

If you use the request form, we receive what you write and, only if you add it, your email address. Cloudflare, our host, delivers them to us by email. We use them only to read your idea and, if you asked, to tell you when it's built. We never sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete yours any time through the contact page.

Settings saved on your device

To remember your choices, like your favourite clock style, 12 or 24-hour time, and your typing sound, the site saves them in your browser's local storage. This stays on your own device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

Services the site uses

  • Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts, and unpkg provides some icons. Your browser loads these files from their servers, which can see your IP address.

Visitor counts

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you across other websites and doesn't collect personal information. It tells us things like how many people opened a page, which country they visited from and which website sent them, so we know which toys people enjoy.

Cookies and ads

Prakash Collective doesn't use cookies today. In the future we may show ads from Google AdSense to keep the toys free. Before that happens, this page will be updated to explain exactly what is used, including any cookies and how to opt out.

Children

Prakash Collective is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
